A comprehensive planning day, where Streamlined staff will spend time with you one-on-
one to identify your business and personal goals and objectives for the year ahead and what
steps are required to achieve them.

A comprehensive business budget that links to your personal budget
- A marketing plan with techniques and strategies to grow your business
- A risk analysis to identify factors that jeopardize the success of your business, along with
mitigations to minimize them
- An analysis of your business’ strengths, weaknesses, goals and opportunities along with
techniques to leverage your strengths and take hold of those opportunities and steps to
eliminate those weaknesses
- Both a printed and online copy of your all encompassing business plan
- Email and phone call support from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday. Email support is also available
outside these hours (including weekends by appointment)
- A monthly evaluation of how you are tracking to your action plan
- Comprehensive monthly and quarterly status reports evaluating your business’ performance
- Email and SMS communication from the Streamlined team to keep you motivated
